We understand that customers’ loyalty is only ensured with a high service quality.

The internal quality control department monitors the implementation of the standards adopted by the company:

  • Information support to the customers;
  • Internal business processes;
  • Document turn-over;
  • Collaboration with the contractors.

For the purposes of maintenance of high quality of services we:

  • Receive feedback from our customers;
  • Conduct regular internal audits;
  • Train our employees.

Our experience shows that enhancing the service quality is an ongoing process. We are continuously searching for the aspects of our activity that require adjusting, improving or restructuring.

Our approach to the service quality is also proven by valid ISO 9001: 2015 certificate (Quality Management System). It is of particular importance to us that our customers receive services that conform to the international standards and meet the most stringent requirements and expectations.

We are constantly analyzing the demand of our customers and endeavor to meet their requirements.
